Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. 12 years old.
This ancient and noble vinegar is obtained from cooked musts of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes, through fermentation and acetic bio-oxidation, carried out respectively by yeasts and acetobacters, as well as through the progressive concentration caused by natural evaporation. A minimum ageing of 12 years in barrels made by different kinds of wood, such as oak, chestnut, cherry and mulberry, gives to this product a brown and intense color, a high density, a deep and harmonic fragrance, a full taste and an equilibrated acidity.
A precious condiment for roast meats, rice, vegetables or salads, a delicacy on strawberries or ice cream.
